Brief summary of the month:
Spring 2004 was the coolest since 2001, although average temperatures were still well above normal. It was the dullest since 2001 with 97% of the average. Despite again having below average rainfall it was the wettest since 2002. To sum up, it was a rather warm Spring with rainfall and sunshine totals close to normal.
