Brief summary of the month:
November 2006 was the warmest since 1994 and the second warmest on record. As in 2005 rainfall totals were just above average with 102%, making it the driest since 2004. Amazingly sunshine totals were also very similar to 2005 with 186% making it the second sunniest on record behind 2005 (1960-2006).
